Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To begin a return, please reach out to us via our website to receive a return authorization. Once authorized, send the item to the address provided.

2. Packaging

Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Haskell Golf is not responsible for lost or damaged returns; we recommend using a traceable shipping service.

3. Return Address

Detailed instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon authorization.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, please contact us immediately. We will organize a refund or exchange at no extra cost to you, including covering return postage.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
